A fun pre-Derby Friday show with NASCAR guru Mark Garrow talking about Talladega and ACC expert Mike Barber. DC and Jamie also gave their picks in the Run for the Roses.

It was a fun show as the guys talked about weird names at the Kentucky Derby, local softball and the Lakers getting knocked out. Poplar Grove Golf GM John Prengaman also came on to talk about hosting the NCAA Regionals.

Hokie legend Bud Foster was on the show talking Virginia Tech Football. Trevor Sikkema, Lead NFL Draft Analyst for Pro Football Focus also broke down the highs and lows from the weekend.

Former Redskin Rick "Doc" Walker was on and excited about the new stadium proposal in DC and the draft. Damien Sordelett of the Roanoke Times also broke down the draft for the Hokies and how the rosters are looking in Blacksburg.

UVa reporter Jerry Ratcliffe was on the show talking about the Cav in the NFL Draft as well as where men's hoops stands in the portal. The guys also dug into the draft storylines, an NBA controversy and NASCAR disqualifications.

The guys looked back at night one of the NFL Draft with Mark Cannizzaro of the NY Post. They also got into some local sports with Bryson Gordon of the News and Advance.
