We got a double helping of the ACC with David Teel of the Virginian Pilot & Daily Press in the first half hour and Greg Madia of the Charlottesville Daily Progress to finish up the show. The ACC football schedule was released and we got their take on that, hoops and even some hardball.

On this "Monday Mourning", the guys talked to Chris Watts, who is returning from the college ranks to coach with Brad Bradley at Heritage. Alan York of the Liberty Flames Sports Network also got us up to speed on Flames Basketball.

Dennis and Jamie welcomed former Redskin Rick “Doc” Walker on to talk Washington at Philly in the NFC Championship. College Basketball analyst Dan Bonner also gave us the run down of ACC hoops.

Ferrum SID Gary Holden joined Dennis and Jamie to talk about Billy Wagner making it into the MLB Hall of Fame. ODAC Commissioner Brad Bankston also came on to talk about the league as it approaches it’s 50th anniversary.

A familiar voice rejoined the show as our resident Jets expert Rich Roth came on to talk about New York's coaching hire. We also talked to Liberty Women's Basketball Coach Carey Green as his team celebrates their 50th season of hoops.

Tonight's guests were Rice football coach Scott Abell, who got his start in the area at Liberty High and Amherst. We also talked with Redskin and Eagles great Brian Mitchell, to get his thoughts on the Washington-Philly NFC title game.

Today's guests were Vinnie Iyer of The Sporting News, who recapped the NFL Playoffs, and former Virginia Tech great, Andre Kendrick, who will be joining Michael Vick's staff at Norfolk State. We also had an NFL heavy Monday Mourning.
