William Carvalho (on the day of recording - 26/8/21) is the latest name to be tipped with a move to Norwich City following a report by Sky Sports. His name was added on the big list of Norwich City transfer rumour next to Rostov's Mathias Normann, a Norwegian midfielder of the same position, but not much calibre.
