Cary Stayner is the older brother of Steven Stayner, a child kidnapped by child molester Kenneth Parnell. He was held captive for more than 7 years. Did the neglect Cary felt from his parents when his parents were grieving the disappearance of their son cause him to become a killer or was he born this way? Cary Stayner was responsible for at least four deaths that have been confirmed, are there more?
