Major carriers and app developers are ramping up their tactics for tackling robocalls on the iPhone and Android devices. According to research done in this area, around 5.51 billion robocalls were made in the last month in the US. That's nearly 22 spam calls for every person! With that being said, it's time to have a conversation about what we can do about this huge problem. I have to confess I'm one of those people who has never gotten to know their neighbors. Over the past few months, the couple who lives next door to my family has been fighting, and sometimes the yelling is so loud that it frightens me. First, there were 10. Then there were 17. A Kansas family almost doubled on National Siblings Day, when they adopted seven children. The brothers and sisters are all from the same family. Gary and Lisa Fulbright already had ten other children when they opened their doors, and their hearts, to these new additions. They range in ages from 3 to 12 years old. The Fulbrights told local news outlets that they're on a mission from God to care for these children.

Mary recently wrote to us to nominate her friend Kelly as she really has been dealing with a lot lately. Kelly is an amazing lover of Jesus, a wife, and a mother. She is raising two young boys on her own: a 3-year-old and a 1-year-old, Riley & Hayes. On top of that, she works full-time to provide for them. Her husband is doing time in prison, and though he has made wrong choices, she has stayed committed to him not because of him, but because of her amazing love and faith in Jesus.

She gives more than what she has of her time and finances. She has a hard time financially due to her circumstances, but quite literally never asks what she can receive, but what she can give! She will give $5 to someone if she only has 7 and drive her and her boys across town after a hard days work on no gas, to help mentor young girls.
