Not a lot of ear-popping headlines this week, but things to talk bout nonetheless. The CHL playoffs have wrapped and teams are now on to the Memorial Cup. NHL Conference Championships are in full swing. And, oh yeah, the "circle game" is now a white supremacist thing? WTF? We rant about that and other worldly atrocities. Ferda!

It's April. The regular season has ended for some, is ending for others, and champions have or will soon be hoisting cups. It's bittersweet. Things get weird this time of year as storylines start to come to a close for some...like the Buffalo Sabres. We talk WHL playoffs, congratulate the Minnesota Whitecaps, and unveil some early predictions for the NHL playoffs. Also, NHL to Seattle fever is starting to ramp up here as we draw closer to name and branding announcements for the 32nd team.

Houtz is back this week with a ravishing weather report...not really. But you know us, it wouldn't be complete if we didn't talk about the weather. On top of that, we say congrats to a record setting goaltender, we talk BCHL and WHL playoffs, and we rant about our least favorite things at the rinks...one involves shirts coming off. Yikes!

When only 2/3rds of the team is able to record, things can go off the rails pretty quickly. Exhibit A...this episode. There is hockey talk, including evil things afoot in Boston, loving embraces in Montreal, and a gut check for Long Island. But there is a lot of other riff riff as well.
