Want to know how to get more testimonials? Ask. I had the pleasure of speaking for a group of entrepreneurs recently and I asked the event organizer if she could record a video testimonial about my emceeing and speaking. She graciously agreed. The video was published to YouTube and set to 'unlisted' which is great however as I came to discover, downloading an unlisted video testimonial from YouTube that I didn't publish is more complicated than it looks. But..I found a workaround.

ClipScribe is a great tool for creating subtitles and captions as well as design and layout for videos for YouTube and all social media platforms. A survey of U.S. consumers found that 92% view videos with the sound off on mobile and 83% watch with sound off, according to a new report from Verizon Media and ad buyer Publicis Media. Eye-catching thumbnails can radically increase the CTR (click-through-rate) on your YouTube videos. That means you get more views on your videos. I've made some mistakes in this area along the way but I'm getting better results now with the tweaks I'm sharing in this episode of the podcast.
