Many leaders today are leading through arrogance. They think very highly of themselves but internally they are scared and confused. A Confident leader is not that at all. They walk with a swagger and operate in facts. Confident leaders make people want to follow them. They tend to have the ear of customers and leadership. In other words, they are "trust".
