Sl: Mateja se je počasi vzpenjala po strmi poti do Ljubljanskega gradu.
En: Mateja slowly ascended the steep path to the Ljubljanski grad.

Sl: Listje pod njenimi nogami je v zlato-rdečih odtenkih šumelo ob vsakem koraku, jesen pa je hladila zrak okoli nje.
En: The leaves beneath her feet rustled in golden-red shades with every step, while autumn cooled the air around her.

Sl: Mateja je bila umetnica.
En: Mateja was an artist.

Sl: Njeno srce je hrepenelo po novi inspiraciji, večji, širši.

Sl: Danes na gradu je bila otvoritev razstave, ki obljublja pogled v preteklost in lepoto arhitekture.

Sl: Njuna ramena sta trčila.

En: "Yes, everything is fine," she replied.

Sl: "Kaj si misliš o razstavi?
En: "What do you think of the exhibition?"

Sl: "Besede so tekle previdno.
En: The words flowed cautiously.

Sl: Mateja je začela razlagati o svoji ljubezni do starih zidov in mite, ki obkrožajo gradove.
En: Mateja started to explain her love for ancient walls and the myths surrounding castles.

Sl: Anže je poslušal z navdušenjem in počasi odprl svoje poglede o mestu, ki mu je postalo začasni dom.
En: Anže listened with enthusiasm and slowly opened up his views about the city that had become his temporary home.

Sl: "Ljubljana, s svojo zgodovino in živahno kulturo, je neskončen vir zgodb," je povedal.
