For nearly the first 18 years of my life, I don't think I ever understood the meaning and value of rest. As a college student, I realized that exhaustion is an epidemic. I hit a wall, and I was forced to discover that there is more to life than working 24/7. Over the past few months, I have shifted my perspective on rest, and I have never felt more at peace.
