Castles Counsel

Stephen is back doing what he loves. Season 3 promises to be bigger and better.

In this episode Stephen talks to former actress turned agent, Elsubie Verlinden about her career, from in front of the camera to behind it. The business and tips to making your way in the entertainment industry.

Elsubie tells us about "Live Your Dream" . The ‘Live Your Dream’ program runs hand in hand with the ‘Be Your Dream’ TV Show on via TV Channel 147. The show will host numerous workshops and educational training sessions alongside live screenings of the company’s annual auditions for The International ARTS Talent Showcase (IATS). Every year the IATS gives local entertainers a platform to showcase their talent to top international talent scouts from across the globe, bridging the gap between Africa and the world.

Stephen speaks to founder and the boss lady herself, Kovini Moodley from Boss Babes of South Africa. We find out a more about who she is and the why she created this empowering platform.

Boss Babes of South Africa (BBSA) celebrates powerful, authentic and multifaceted women and embrace diversity, inclusion and the notion that women can excel at anything that they choose to put their minds to.

They are on the constant lookout for trailblazers, world-changers and changemakers who align with their vision and mission. The term “influence” is measured by the impact that a person is capable of making, not the number of followers that one possesses.

They are looking for genuinely, innately inspirational women to contribute to their positively powerful movement by skill sharing and collaboration initiatives.
