What a privilege to be launching a new series where we highlight local musicians, learn about them, their journey, and their impact. Today we start with one of the most talented musicians I have had the pleasure to know and play with, Ricky Martin. We discuss music as a gift that is to be cultivated so you can enhance the person and the community. Stay tuned for more Local Legends!

What a special episode for me today! As we continue our Pastor Series, I get to sit down with the man who answered his call at the same time I answered mine. Chad and I were both asked to deliver our first sermons at the same time. He also was walking with me through some of the darkest times in my life. This was a very emotional moment for me. What a great introduction and we will definitely have him back on to discuss more of his journey.

Today we tackle the sensitive subject of race and fatherhood. Anthony talks about his triumphs, as well as losses as he has grown. We discuss the "manly man" stereotype, how we dealt with it, and how we are changing it. You won't want to miss this episode!
Welcome back everyone! So glad you could join us for the first episode of the second season of Casual Word Radio. To kick us off, we have worship leader, prophet, scholar, and entrepreneur Phillip Payne. We discuss adversity, the wilderness, sacrifice, and new beginnings. Another great guest, we are sure you will take something away from this conversation.
As we are excited to be starting the podcast and videos back up, we bring Joseph Broadwater back to talk about his initiatives. We discuss growing others, delegation, love, as well as the new video series he is launching, Story Telling. You won't want to miss this!
As we continue with our Pastor Series, we have a chance to see the other side of the ministry. We bring Johnny Johnson on to talk about stepping away from ministry. We talk about how people put leadership on a pedestal and put unfair, and unsustainable pressure on their leaders. We explore how we make the transition from pleasing people to being obedient. One of many times we will have him on the show!
As we continue our Words & Deeds Series (Thoughts & Deeds), Eran and I talk about how doubt cuts God short in our lives. Sure to get you all thinking and hopefully spark conversations; where can we remove doubt so God can work fully?
As we continue our Pastor series, we bring on Pastor William Leon Ward. We discuss history, culture, and generational leadership. Definitely will be having another part as we ran out of time! Quite a bit of knowledge came out in this episode; stay tuned for more!
