Oh my god! Commitment! I know some people are allergic to that word, but when it comes to fitness, you gotta be hypoallergenic. For me, I am slow to commit. But once I do, I'm all in. If it takes you a little longer to come around to committing to actually getting in shape, that's fine. Just as long as once you decide, you commit yourself to the process. Commitment is one thing that I believe is lacking in many people who seek to lose weight. I believe this comes about for many reasons.
