  • Less daunting (Easier to start and easier to keep going)
  • Strengthens heart, lungs, muscles, and bones
  • Improve your focus to carry over into other areas in the gym and outside of the gym. 

Diet Tip - 

Become more aware and more knowledgeable of the food you eat, in order to, help stay away from bad food.
