Aerobic exercise. The notorious cardio that nearly everyone avoids. If the meathead who's lived in the gym for the past couple of decades has anything in common with the out of shape person who has never stepped foot in a gym, it's that they do not like cardio. More so, they avoid cardio at all costs. And if they do end up jumping on a treadmill or bike, they do so in a half-ass manner and for a short duration. Then, we have the ones whom find it too painful to begin any sort of aerobic exercise... or any exercise. This is where the discussion begins in this podcast. I talk about how those with chronic pain need to turn into their pain and begin to exercise, in order to alleviate some of that pain.
