We begin the new series with Mary and Joseph losing Jesus. Both Joseph and Mary were eyewitnesses to the miracle of God in sandals - and still lost Jesus. A dozen years after the angel visits they were confused by the human/Divine relationship Jesus was living in their own house. 2,000 years later, so are we. But the key to finding Jesus is clear as 12 year old Jesus is our model: spend time with God’s word - where else would I be?

Week 4 of the Christmas series has the news of the birth of Jesus reaching the shepherds. The shepherds responded by going to see for themselves. If shepherds - who continually smell like recess - can get the good news, it truly is for everyone.
