MAN VERSUS NATURE... AND THE WILL TO SURVIVE... PUBLIUS PRODUCTIONS AND WEINSTEIN BOOKS PRESENT... A Speck in the Sea: A Story of Survival and Rescue RIVETING GUEST AUTHORS: John Aldridge and Anthony Sosinski are authors' of A Speck in the Sea: A Story of Survival and Rescue. 'A Speck in the Sea' tells tale of boyhood pals' brush with death on Long Island fishing excursion... "After more than 10 hours in the frigid ocean 40 miles south of Montauk Point, John Aldridge didnt know if there was any fight left in him. It was at that moment when the cruel sea taunted him with salvation only to snatch it away. No more than 400 yards away he spied the Anna Mary, his lobster boat, the one hed tumbled overboard from in the wee hours of the night. His crewmate Mike Migliaccio stood on the roof, binoculars plastered to his face, desperately scanning the sea. Migliaccio was a man possessed. He knew Aldridges time was running out. How was it possible Mike didnt see him? Aldridge had spent all his energy affixing himself to a colorful buoy. But the oceans glare hid Aldridge from sight and the Anna Mary steamed away. A Speck in the Sea is the personally narrated account of Aldridge and his partner Anthony Sosinski about July 24, 2013, a day the unthinkable happened. The pair were boyhood friends and dedicated lobstermen who teamed up to buy the Anna Mary in 2001. Both knew men whod gone out to sea and never returned. The new book is also the gripping tale of a massive and dramatic rescue operation mounted not just by the U.S. Coast Guard, but Aldridges fellow fisherman. They swarmed the sea in an against-the-odds search for one of their own taken hostage by the ocean. It was around 3 a.m. that Aldridge, 45, decided to tend to a maintenance task on deck. Two commercial-sized coolers loaded with ice were in his way. Attaching a plastic handle and using a long-handled hook, he squatted low to put all his weight into yanking the heavy load a few feet forward. It was on the second pull that the plastic handle broke. Aldridge went flying backwards toward the open hatch, and momentum plunged him into the deep." Young Democrats Chairman arrested on child porn charges (Guest: Josh Bernstein)By Jerry McGlothlin On May 31, 2017 In Current Pitches With No Comments While Americans are being inundated with updates on bogus Russian-Trump investigations, 29-year-old chairman of the Young Democrats of New York, got arrested on child pornography charges, having allegedly interfaced with over 3,000+ images of child pornography and 89 separate videos of children as young as 6 MONTHS OLD engaging in sex acts with each other and with adults. Mr. Schwartz, the accused, is also a current staffer for New York City Mayor Bill De Blasio, is facing charges of posssession of graphic material of a lewd and lascivious nature as well as promotion and distribution of graphic materials involving a minor under the age of 16-BOTH SERIOUS FELONIES. But wait, it gets worse. Jacob Schwartzâ??s father, Arthur Schwartz, was legal counsel for none other than the Bernie Sanders campaign and Jacob himself is friends with Hillary Clintonâ??s former campaign manager Robbie Mook. It appears that the only major candidate Jacob Schwartz wasnâ??t chummy with was Donald Trump. Yet donâ??t be shocked if the national news fakers somehow find a way to blame this one on Trump, too! So why is the main stream media completely ignoring this story? Virtually nobody is covering it. ABC, CBS, NBC, MSNBC, Cricketsâ?¦ CNN isnâ??t exactly chomping at the bit to cover this story since they recently featured Jacob Schwartz on their network as a panelist after the election.
