I talk to Talib Naqvi, an immigrant from Pakistan and a fellow student at Mission College in Santa Clara, CA. It was a nice conversation including topics about his unique perspective of America and the things he wants to learn to make his transition into the workforce easier.
Talib notes,
"Coming from a humble background and knowing the hardships of my parents, I always had a motivation to work hard and had one thing in mind: if I have to win I have to win it ethically and fairly. There is no rocket science in getting good grades, you just have to learn two things in life: persistence and passion. Even the water cuts down a rock due to its persistence. Surround yourself with good and educated people so that you can get inspired and learn!"
