Amazing as usual
I have no more words for this amazing series. For any critics who don't like the TV show and feel the main characters weren't developed enough, I encourage them to read these books. They may find to enjoy Heroes Reborn even more as a result.
Five Stars
I love this series.
The family that kills together....
Book 4 in the short e-book companion series to the TV show, Heroes Reborn.
This time we focus on Luke and Joanne Collins. They lost their son in the Odessa bombing . Blaming evos for their son's death, they began a campaign of killing all evos. Joanne lives for the kill while Luke is desperately trying to close the gap growing between himself and his wife.
You get a really good feel for the mindset of these two characters. I also enjoyed the new evo that is introduced as their target. One strange thing is that while both of these characters are obviously bad guys (they are mass murderers), I enjoyed their tale more than I enjoyed the previous tale of the crooked evo cop (another bad guy). Luke at least feels remorse and is heading towards an attitude shift. Joanne is crazy but feels justified in her (obviously warped) reasons. The evo cop is just a crook .
This should appeal to any fan of the show.
