Check  out the latest show, this is an unstructured episode. I talk about the  spiritual changes that are happening in my life and what seems to be reaching through the black community. Is there a call ? Does it come with access to more information? Is it simply more freedom to explore. With those thoughts I called out  Ashe/ Asè for the 1st time on accident or without thinking. ( it felt kinda of good) . Feels significant.I touch the issue of violent acts against trans people That are not being reported by the media.

Todays show adds another element to  our talks about loving yourself. The subject is self compassion. For many of us we openly give compassion and forgive the people around us for their mistakes. We have to be strong in giving ourselves that same compassion..

for shared resources as I find them.

Logical Listens- Todays listens are also resources for education and self care they are all centered around minorities and provide inspiration for conversation surrounding big issues like work place prejudice  to micro aggressions  the placements of black people in marketing photos.

Here is a link to the educational and inspiration Tea with Queen and J. This show is confirming and affirming in the casual, kind, and considerate way that only those that live the struggle WITH EYES WIDE OPEN  can be.

Here is a link to QueerWoC which is a resource and acknowledgement for women of color in the queer community. Both host help to provide support, understanding, and comedy for intersectional people. They also have a great mental health segment.

Here is a link to Bag Ladiez  These Ladiez are very helpful. For me they are also a connection for black and brown people helping me to see our priorities and oppressions are extremely similar when they are not the same.
