So I noticed people were still listening to my podcast even though I havent uploaded anything in AGES, and ngl I got shocked but in a good way. Sooooo this is essential me trying to reclaim my podcast.

I am diagnosed with clinical depression and ADHD so some of the things I say could be triggering to others with the same.
