"Share your ideas. Ask lots of questions. Expect help from others. That's what teams are for!"
~Dan Stones
Making teams work better isn't always easy. Sometimes it's downright hard work. But if there's one thing I've learned, it's that it never has to be complicated.
This episode is a look back on the guests we've spoken to on the show so far, and if there was ever a doubt about those sentiments, then they were ceraintly put to bed by these ultimate team players.
Who would have thought that in such a short time we would be able to assemble such high calibre guests, from all over the world in all sorts of different industries.
In this episode you'll have the pleasure of listening to an Olympic medallist and former WNBA basketballer, a Formula One motorsport executive and TV analyst, a former International Lead Kidnapping Negotiator for the FBI, an award-winning filmmaker, a master Improv Producer/Actor, best-selling author and designer of the world's most popular cooperative board game!
It's quite an impressive list and there are so many great ideas and stories to be told. These men and women are, in their chosen field, THE experts on people, teams and culture. And it is an honour and a privilege to be able to share these conversations with you.
If you’re a regular, then hopefully this will bring some ideas and themes back to the forefront of your mind. And if you're new, then this will be your window into the world of Barnraisers and hopefully, inspire you to go back to the full episodes and check out some of the earlier shows with these amazing people.
Enjoy!
