This week’s episode is all about “Catching up & Whoa it’s been a Year!!”  I’ve been MIA from the podcast these last few weeks so I discuss what’s been going on with myself, my healing journey & all the in between.

But this is also a Celebration episode as the podcast turns 1 year this week & Wow!! I still can’t believe it, I am truly grateful for what this first year of the pod has brought, the growth I’ve made and all the changes that have happened. 

This episode is me being vulnerable and letting y’all know what I’ve been up to but also Celebrating 1 year of the Uplift, Empower & Transform Podcast..
