    When your all caught up with your work at your day job and find yourself with a good portion of the afternoon free to do other things..well SURPRISE!! My first episode back in 2 months and its just a simple hello and catching ya'll up with where I have been.. I didnt mean to NOT post an episode for this long, but sometimes our mental health and other life matters need to come first in order for me to be at full capacity..

    I wont say ill see yall next week cause I am honestly not sure if i will be back next week, but what i do know is I appreciate all the support and love my listeners give towards my pod even during my MIA moments haha! So thank ya'll for staying and listening and supporting me and just coming along on this journey.

    On this weeks episode i catch yall up with my corner of the world, the business retreat i didn't know i actually needed, when i didn't even want to go at first, learning line dancing, a rebrand idea for the podcast, the last minute "F**k it" I am going to the Bay & the Lizzie McGuire concert that helped me reconnect with my inner teenager.  

    These last two weeks have allowed me to connect with my inner child/teen and its  been the best feeling and through these experiences it has only shown me that WE..YOU!! need to bring that joy, laughter, fun, excitment child like energy back into our adult lives..because when did life get so serious that we stopped enjoying and having fun in our life?
