You say you want change, but are you actually choosing it?
In this episode, we’re getting real about why we keep going back to what’s familiar—even when it’s not healthy. From repeating patterns to holding onto what we’ve outgrown, we’re unpacking the truth behind what’s really keeping you stuck.
Because change isn’t just about wanting better, it’s about choosing better, even when it’s uncomfortable.
If you’ve been feeling stuck, repeating cycles, or questioning why nothing is shifting in your life this conversation is your wake-up call.
✨ You’re not stuck, you’re just being called to choose differently.

On this week’s episode, I share the story of my Mexico adventure while attending my friend Wendy’s international women’s retreat in Sayulita, Mexico. What started as a beautiful and deeply healing weekend filled with somatic bodywork, a cacao ceremony, and powerful moments of connection quickly turned into an unexpected experience when news broke of cartel activity in nearby Puerto Vallarta.
Our group found ourselves sheltering in place in the small town of Sayulita, processing the situation together in real time. But through it all, something powerful happened. The women at the retreat leaned into community, connection, and presence. What could have been a frightening experience instead became a reminder of the strength that comes from sisterhood.
In this episode, I share the full story the magic of the retreat, the unexpected challenges we faced, and how those extra days together created even deeper bonds and unforgettable memories.

Self-love isn’t soft. It’s not aesthetic. And it’s definitely not selfish.
In this episode, Christie and guest co-host Aime, founder of Elevated Society, get real about the uncomfortable, transformative journey of choosing yourself. They break down the backstory, the wake-up moments, the boundaries, and the growth that comes when you stop abandoning yourself to be loved.
This conversation is for women. For men. For anyone tired of shrinking, settling, or surviving.
You’re not too late.
You’re not too broken.
You’re not too much.
You’re becoming.

In this episode, I’m joined by Grecia Ruiz speaker, host of the There She Goes podcast, founder of Italy Brides, and co-author of This Time It’s Personal for a conversation that feels like a true full-circle moment.
Just one year ago, Grecia was attending Galentine’s, navigating a season of growth, change, and becoming & now she’s here, stepping into her voice and sharing her journey in a whole new way. We talk about what inspired her to start her podcast, the purpose behind creating a space for women to be seen and heard, and the major shifts she’s experienced over the past year that brought her to this moment.
This episode is all about evolution choosing yourself, trusting the timing of your life, and learning that sometimes your biggest breakthroughs come when you finally decide to move forward, even when it’s scary.
If you’ve been feeling called to start over, start something new, or step into a version of yourself you’ve been afraid to become this conversation is for you.

Sometimes healing doesn’t start with a breakdown or a big, life-changing moment. Sometimes it starts with a quiet knowing, that something needs to shift.
In this week’s episode, I sit down with Traci the founder of One Small Step Walks, a community created from one simple decision to say yes to walking during a season when life felt heavy and unclear. What began as a personal act of self-care became a powerful reminder that clarity doesn’t always come before action, sometimes it comes because of it.
This episode is for anyone who feels overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected and needs permission to start small. You don’t need a big plan. You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need one small step.

Last week I talked about outgrowing who you had to be. This week, I continue the conversation by revealing what that process actually feels like.
In this honest solo episode, I open up about the grief, anger, loneliness, and identity shifts that come with real healing. If you’ve ever wondered why healing feels so hard or questioned if you’re doing it wrong, this episode is a gentle reminder that you’re not breaking; you’re becoming.
