I AM BAAACKKK!!!!

On this weeks episode i catch yall up with my corner of the world, the business retreat i didn't know i actually needed, when i didn't even want to go at first, learning line dancing, a rebrand idea for the podcast, the last minute "F**k it" I am going to the Bay & the Lizzie McGuire concert that helped me reconnect with my inner teenager.  

These last two weeks have allowed me to connect with my inner child/teen and its  been the best feeling and through these experiences it has only shown me that WE..YOU!! need to bring that joy, laughter, fun, excitment child like energy back into our adult lives..because when did life get so serious that we stopped enjoying and having fun in our life?
