Welcome to today's episode of Queer PoliFaith. Today, we are talking about the case Catholic Charities Bureau, Inc., et al. v. Wisconsin Labor and Industry Review Commission et al. This was a unanimous decision with 2 concurrences about religious non-profits and unemployment insurance.

Partway through the episode, I go on an 8-9 minute rant about the unemployment decision and the US's paltry social safety net.
