Catholic Kids Faith Explorers

Grab your hiking shoes! Taylor and Brady are heading to the mountains to discover why some of the best views—and some of the best lessons in faith—come after a hard climb. Along the trail, they meet mountain-loving Saint Pier Giorgio Frassati and take on a new God’s Playground Challenge.

Whether it’s a huge snow-capped mountain or just the tallest hill in your neighborhood, this episode reminds us that following God can sometimes feel like an uphill climb—but He’s with us every step of the way.

Seeds don't grow overnight, and neither do we. Join Taylor and Brady as they explore the beauty of God's creation in the garden and discover how patience, trust, and generosity all come together in this week's Gospel, where Jesus feeds the five thousand with just five loaves and two fish.

What do swimming, fishing, rain, and a simple glass of water have to do with God? More than you might think! Join Taylor and Brady as they explore the amazing gift of water in God's creation. Along the way, they discover how Jesus uses water throughout the Bible—from calming storms and calling fishermen to baptism and the promise of "living water." They'll share a few fun stories from their adventures, a kid-friendly Gospel reflection, a saint connection, a laugh or two, and a challenge to get outside and thank God for one of His greatest gifts.

We’re kicking off a brand-new summer series all about getting outside, exploring, and discovering God through His amazing creation!

For our first adventure, we’re heading into the woods! Taylor and Brady talk about why the forest is one of their favorite places to explore, the incredible things you can discover there, and how spending time in nature can help us slow down and notice God all around us.

Then, meet our Trail Guide of the Week, Saint Kateri Tekakwitha, who loved spending time in the woods and found quiet places in nature to pray and grow closer to God.

So grab your hiking shoes, head outside, and join us as we begin a summer of exploring God’s Playground!

Taylor and Brady share how they first got started in jiu jitsu, what the sport is all about, and how it has helped them become stronger—not just physically, but mentally and spiritually too. They talk about what they've learned in class, their favorite parts of class, and how they prepared for their very first competition. From family prayers before stepping onto the mats to overcoming nervousness and learning to trust God, this episode is all about choosing faith over fear. Plus, their little sister, Brooke, even makes a quick guest appearance!

What does the Sacred Heart of Jesus really mean? Why do we see pictures of Jesus pointing to His glowing heart, and why is June dedicated to the Sacred Heart?

Join Taylor and Brady as they explore one of the most loved devotions in the Catholic Church. Along the way, you'll meet this week's Trail Guide of Faith, Saint Margaret Mary Alacoque, discover how Jesus revealed His Sacred Heart to her, and learn what His heart teaches us about His endless love and mercy.
