Be M.A.N.L.Y is a fraternity for masculine men. M.A.N.L.Y Men will be required to fulfill a daily obligation of prayer, penance, and personal growth. M.A.N.L.Y Men are to take an active role in the attainment of real knighthood, through prayer, fasting, combatives, and spiritual study.

We speak on each of the "M.A.N.L.Y" terms and give examples of each, as well as tools you can use to help achieve each of these.
