ANXIETY - Padre Pio’s advice (Padre Pio's words of hope by Pio, of Pietrelcina, Saint, 1887-1968, Publication date 1999)

God did not command us to worry but He commands us all to pray. So yes we should know that once we feel worried a lot about something that's when we actually need to pray more or at least to focus more on our daily prayers. Just show up in front of Our Lord and Our Lady and light a candle, if you cannot pray that day tell Our Lord to help you to pray or say Mother Mary please help me to pray today. I don't feel like praying today. I feel very sleepy to say Holy Rosary today. I need you to help me.

It's true that after watching our favourite movies we will perceive dryness once we pray. This is why Saint Francis de sales often say you have to read spiritual books so that you will gain spiritual pleasure after praying or meditating. Some saints say that what you read is what you are. Now we can probably say that what we watch is what we are. O no we do watch a lot of things on Youtube these days. Can we just watch catholic channel on youtube? Maybe it's hard. God help us all. We do have to find a priest to discuss further about this.

Found this catholic prayer on internet, it says this is from Saint Padre Pio, I tried my best to find a real pdf book or hardcopy  which has this particular prayer but I haven't found one. And again once I read this prayer I think this is spectacular. I have never read any detailed catholic prayer like this. But hey I am sure all other Novena prayers and the Holy Rosary are powerful as well. I think the difference is only in your heart. Do you believe well when you say this catholic prayer? Have faith!

I am curious to know what traditionalists would say about this one particular healing prayer. If we ask a priest or religious they would often say you have to focus still on your daily Rosary, saying this healing prayer is fine as long as of course it is correct theologically. Unfortunately I am not a theologian. I just love to find catholic prayers online and I learn my faith mostly online so please comment something I need to read or learn if I have any mistake in posting some errors here on this catholic channel. If you can say this healing catholic prayer along with the Holy Rosary, it would be wonderful. Most importantly, receive sacraments as much as you can, confession and holy communion. Ask God to give you a firm purpose of amendment and the grace to fight any temptation.

God will always be with you all.

This advice is taken from the Sermon of the Cure of Ars. Let us all learn well.

If we don't have any challenges in life maybe it's easy to choose God. And pay attention when you have difficulties or challenges in your life, would you still choose God? We all have different stories in life and all we can do is always asking for God's help to conquer ourselves. Persevere in prayers and devotion.

May God help us all. God bless

This advice is taken from the book Imitation of Mary - by Alexander de Rouville, revised and edited by Matthew J. O’Connell, Imprimatur James P. Mahoney, D. D. Vicar General, Archdiocese of New York (I just found out that this book was originally written by Thomas A Kempis)

Can we relate now why do we have Confession? Why do we have to confess all our sins to the right person? Who is that person? What is the role of the priest inside the confessional? Let us read again our catechism, The role of the priest inside the confessional is to be Christ's representative or yes we say the priest acts like Our Lord Jesus Christ inside the confessional.
