God did not command us to worry but He commands us all to pray. So yes we should know that once we feel worried a lot about something that's when we actually need to pray more or at least to focus more on our daily prayers. Just show up in front of Our Lord and Our Lady and light a candle, if you cannot pray that day tell Our Lord to help you to pray or say Mother Mary please help me to pray today. I don't feel like praying today. I feel very sleepy to say Holy Rosary today. I need you to help me.
It's true that after watching our favourite movies we will perceive dryness once we pray. This is why Saint Francis de sales often say you have to read spiritual books so that you will gain spiritual pleasure after praying or meditating. Some saints say that what you read is what you are. Now we can probably say that what we watch is what we are. O no we do watch a lot of things on Youtube these days. Can we just watch catholic channel on youtube? Maybe it's hard. God help us all. We do have to find a priest to discuss further about this.
