An area trailblazer, Danika talks about what it's like being a female referee, the importance of representation of women in wrestling, and the societally ingrained misogyny that still permeates our industry. We also cover her experience being a woman with both ADHD and autism, the difference between awareness & acceptance of neurodivergence, and how she's setting an example for her son as both a parent and a referee.
