Ken is back from vacation in the motherland, Canada. He takes his weird cousin under his tutelage as the little guy undertakes a couple of  awkward, dispassionate, lateral steps in the general area toward attempting to get into medical school. Trevor talks about their time cheating in medical school, getting caught, and then being asked to snitch on Ken and other friends.
