I explain to you just how the model works and I also talk you through discovering that what I was thinking was crap I don't have to believe. It was one of those situations where what they say about assumptions is really true. But as always, I decide how I want to show up, and I decide what I want to believe. Circumstance: Race day, I say words, they said words (unknown to me)
Thought: They are saying mean things about me.
Feeling: Disappointed
Action: look inward to all the things that are wrong with me, judging myself, thinking I shouldn't have reached out, I should just stay small
Results I am creating for myself: I am saying mean things about me.
