In this episode, Sarah and Jez look at cause and effect, starting by looking back at how schools used to teach children about consequences and coming to the understanding that we are the cause of any outcome, because how we react/respond affects that outcome. They remind us that all experiences are neither good nor bad they are just an experience and an opportunity to learn and grow. They also look at how our own view of the world, which is created by our own journeys, influences how we react and respond and so whatever is going on outside of us is a reflection of what is within.
