I talk about caution a lot with fitness and health but there is a reason. The adversary will try to deceive you so that he can stop you from your greatness. He is afraid of you when you are at your best so he will try and stop you from getting there. My advise is to stop, do research, and pray over it. You deserve the best now go get it!
