I just spent 4 days in New York and got to visit @ryanmitchellgrey’s studio. This is where we set up shop to do episode 4 of the #cavetalks podcast. We talk about every album we’ve worked on together dating back to 2010 and also go in depth about the stylistic journey he’s been on.

This week I interview Nico and Peter from the band Tribal Theory. This is a band I met a few years ago and since then we’ve created two albums and have become really really close friends.

We share Nico and Peter’s backstory and dive into the creative process of the first EP we worked on called “Reclamation” and the new full length album that’s coming out this spring called “TimeLapse”.
