Today, I'm bringing you a lovely video of a Carioca kitten who lives at Paraparal High School. As you can see, she's very pretty and well-cared for. She's very playful and always looking for food. We teachers often get together to keep her cat's health up to date.

I recorded this lovely footage yesterday in the high school library, where we were awaiting a meeting with the principal and guidance counselors to finalize several details for the full welcome of students on October 6th.

It's worth mentioning that several kittens live nearby at the school, while others are permanently present at the school, beautifying the facilities with their cute and charming feline and cat-like presence. There's another cat very similar to this one, but a little older, who has already given birth several times, so a spay/neuter is necessary. I hope that activity is already underway.

Hoy les traigo un video encantador de una gatita carioca que vive en la preparatoria Paraparal. Como pueden ver, es muy bonita y está muy bien cuidada. Es muy juguetona y siempre busca comida. Los profesores nos reunimos a menudo para mantenerla al día con su salud.

Grabé esta hermosa grabación ayer en la biblioteca de la preparatoria, donde esperábamos una reunión con el director y los orientadores para ultimar algunos detalles para la bienvenida plena a los estudiantes el 6 de octubre.

Cabe mencionar que varios gatitos viven cerca de la escuela, mientras que otros están presentes permanentemente, embelleciendo las instalaciones con su adorable y encantadora presencia felina. Hay otra gata muy similar a esta, pero un poco mayor, que ya ha parido varias veces, por lo que es necesaria una esterilización. Espero que ya esté en marcha.

Today, I brought you several kittens I saw along the way yesterday. They're from neighbors' houses around here. To be honest, I don't know the names of those beautiful kittens. I just saw them and thought about making a little video collage with some photos of them to give to you today, which is #Caturday.

The breed and characteristics of the other felines that were going to appear in the audiovisual are varied, and of different sizes, a shame because there were only a few specimens, but as we all know, they are unfriendly and fast, an aspect that characterizes and defines them as a species.

The background was that I went to the stationery store to make some copies I needed, and along the way, there were several cats waiting right there in the street. There were more cats, but when they noticed I was about to take out my phone, they immediately ran away in terror. Only the boldest ones stayed put, not caring about my presence.

That orange kitten poking out of the weeds was one of the ones that ran away, but in the middle of its escape, it stopped for a moment and I captured its photo. Then it kept running. The other black cat hid under a parked car nearby. That kitten was eating its morning cat food.

And to close out the video, I'm giving you my Chumi grooming herself in her bedroom, very calm and relaxed.

Hoy les traigo varios gatitos que vi ayer por el camino. Son de casas vecinas de por aquí. La verdad es que no sé cómo se llaman esos preciosos gatitos,los acabo de ver y pensé en hacer un pequeño video collage con algunas fotos para compartirlos hoy, que es dìa de #Caturday.

La raza y las características de los demás felinos que iban a aparecer en el audiovisual son variadas y de diferentes tamaños, una lastima, porque solo había unos pocos ejemplares, pero como todos sabemos, son ariscos y rápidos, un aspecto que los caracteriza y define como especie.

El transfondo de este video es que fui a la papelería a sacar unas copias que necesitaba, y por el camino, había varios gatos esperando en la calle. Había más gatos, pero cuando notaron que estaba a punto de sacar mi teléfono y sacar las fotos, salieron corriendo despavoridos. Solo los más atrevidos se quedaron quietos, sin importarles mi presencia.

Ese gatito naranja que se asomaba entre la maleza era uno de los que se escapó, pero en medio de su huida, se detuvo un momento y le tomé una foto, luego siguió corriendo. El otro gato negro se escondió debajo de un coche aparcado cerca. Ese gatito estaba comiendo su comida matutina.

Y para cerrar el video, les presento a mi Chumi aseándose en su habitación, muy tranquila y relajada.

This video originated at the Paraparallel High School, as several teachers have made several posts in previous posts on the topic of the presence of different cats at the aforementioned educational facility.

This audiovisual material was recorded several days ago, since we, the teachers and all the staff at the school, are currently on vacation. The exact date was the last week of July, and of course, at noon.

Several teachers had arrived a few minutes before our usual academic activities when we saw and commented that another kitten had arrived nearby, and she loves to stay on those grounds, on that side staircase of the high school.

A teacher named Mary said, "Here's something for the little one," but she went upstairs for a moment to look for it in her bag. Buenos días magnífica plataforma de Hive, reciban mi más cordial saludo, el cual hago extensivo a la bella comunidad de #caturday, siempre amando a los peluditos felinos, estoy nuevamente con ustedes regalándoles este bello video para su deleite.

Este video tiene su origen en las instalaciones del liceo paraparal, ya que en post anteriores hemos hecho varios post algunos docentes sobre el tema y tópico de la permanencia de diferentes gatos allá en la instalacion educativa ya mencionada.

Este material audiovisual fue grabado hace varios días atrás, puesto que actualmente nosotros los docentes y todo el personal que hace vida en el liceo estamos en nuestro periodo vacacional, y pues la fecha exacta y precisa fue la última semana de julio, y claro en horas del mediodía.

Habíamos llegado varios docentes unos minutos antes de nuestras actividades academicas habituales, cuando vimos y comentamos que por los alrededores había llegado otra gatita, y ella le encanta permanecer en esos predios de esa escalera lateral del liceo.

Una profesora, de nombre Mary dijo "aquí tengo algo de comer para la mínima" pero subió un momento para buscarlo en su bolso, y la gatita la ha seguido de manera inexorable y muy diligente, tanto para subir y luego bajar las escaleras del recinto, y claro es el material que hoy les regalo en este lindo día de #Caturday.

Es una gata muy joven y muy linda, de la raza calicó, con la tendencia de los colores de su pelaje a difuminarse y a confundirse sus bellos matices que la adornan , ya en otras ocasiones les he comentado que está raza de gatitos que presenten tres colores en su peludita piel son en un 99.9% hembras.

Good morning to everyone on this wonderful Hive platform, and a special greeting to the #Caturday community. It's a pleasure to be with you again.

Today, I'm sharing a beautiful and heartwarming story that began earlier this week, specifically on Monday, July 7th, at noon. As we all know from previous posts, kittens of different breeds and colors always arrive at Paraparal High School for some special reason. Perhaps because there are always pigeons on the third floor, these beautiful little creatures wandering around. Some of those kittens stay right there. We feed the ones that stay and take care of them as much as we can.

On Monday, like every day, we arrived at the high school and to our surprise, we found a small black kitten. The odd thing was that he had (and still has) a problem with his eyes, which greatly impairs his vision. At first, everyone there thought he was blind. However, throughout this week, we realized that he could see, although with very limited vision. We did notice that he could see. How wonderful! We were all happy.

Thank God, as always, the teaching staff and everyone at the institution decided to help in some way the cute black kitten that arrived on those premises these days. Geography and History teacher Mariela Rivero (who is holding the kitten in the video) promised to find him a home so that he could be happy and surrounded by love and affection. At first, I was a little hesitant because the person I contacted to take him to the home couldn't get in touch with her, but yesterday the coordinators told me it was confirmed that the gentleman would accept him earlier this week.

Throughout this week, a morning teacher, Math teacher José Carrillo, applied eye cream to his eyes, and by Friday afternoon, the cute feline was already opening his eyes wider.

It's worth mentioning that we've already found several cats homes, so they can live happily and contentedly, as these beautiful creatures deserve. We also occasionally campaign and make efforts to have the kittens sterilized, which fills us with joy and happiness, as we are doing wonderful work for the community at large.

Buenos días a todos en esta maravillosa plataforma Hive, y un saludo especial a la comunidad #Caturday. Es un placer estar con ustedes de nuevo.

Hoy les comparto una historia hermosa y conmovedora que comenzó a principios de esta semana, concretamente el lunes 7 de julio al mediodía. Como todos sabemos por publicaciones anteriores, gatitos de diferentes razas y colores siempre llegan a la Preparatoria Paraparal por alguna razón especial. Quizás porque siempre hay palomas en el tercer piso, estas hermosas criaturitas deambulando por ahí. Algunos de esos gatitos se quedan ahí mismo. Alimentamos a los que se quedan y los cuidamos lo mejor que podemos.

El lunes, como todos los días, llegamos al instituto y, para nuestra sorpresa, encontramos un pequeño gatito negro. Lo curioso era que tenía (y aún tiene) un problema en los ojos que le afecta mucho la visión. Al principio, todos allí pensaron que era ciego. Sin embargo, a lo largo de esta semana, nos dimos cuenta de que podía ver, aunque con una visión muy limitada. Sí que notamos que veía. ¡Qué maravilla! Todos estábamos contentos.

Gracias a Dios, como siempre, el profesorado y todos en la institución decidieron ayudar de alguna manera al adorable gatito negro que llegó a esas instalaciones estos días. La profesora de Geografía e Historia, Mariela Rivero (quien sostiene al gatito en el video), prometió buscarle un hogar para que pudiera ser feliz y estar rodeado de amor y cariño. Al principio, dudé un poco porque la persona a la que contacté para llevarlo al hogar no pudo contactarla, pero ayer los coordinadores me informaron que se confirmó que el señor lo aceptaría a principios de esta semana.

Durante esta semana, un profesor de la mañana, José Carrillo, de Matemáticas, le aplicó crema para los ojos, y para el viernes por la tarde, el adorable felino ya abría mucho los ojos.

Cabe mencionar que ya hemos encontrado hogar para varios gatos, para que puedan vivir felices y contentos, como se merecen estas hermosas criaturas. También, ocasionalmente, hacemos campañas y nos esforzamos por esterilizar a los gatitos, lo cual nos llena de alegría y felicidad, ya que estamos haciendo un trabajo maravilloso para la comunidad en general.

This time, I'm sharing a short video about one of the most beloved and abundant birds here in Venezuela. Many species are known to exist. Here, in the video and graphics, we particularly observe the famous common pigeon, also known as the domestic, Asian, or feral pigeon. Its ancestral origins are in Eurasia and the northern part of the African continent.

I assume, without fear of being mistaken, that it is also very abundant in many countries, always giving us its simplicity and friendly characteristics. The scientific name of this beautiful bird is Columba livia.

The specimens I'm showing you today are a sample of some of this bird, which is always found at the top of the high school where I work and which occasionally descend from those heights and land on the ground, making it very possible to capture them both on video and in photographs. It's worth mentioning that this pair of specimens in the video were walking very calmly through the high school's central courtyard, so much so that I recorded the video, and they didn't even flinch at my presence. Others fly away just when I approach them.

The pigeon that appears in the photos is another specimen that occasionally makes its way to our homes. I also presume it's part of the community that always hangs out on the rooftop. It's curious, but most of the times we go out in the afternoon, there's always a beautiful pigeon hovering there.

En esta oportunidad les comparto un pequeño video sobre una de las aves más queridas y abundantes aquí en Venezuela, de la cual se sabe que existen muchas especies, pero en especial aquí en el video y las gráficas observamos la famosa paloma común , o también llamada paloma doméstica, asiática o bravia, la cual tiene su origen ancestral en Eurasia y parte norte del continente africano.

Presumo sin temor a equivocarme que en muchos países es también muy abundante, regalandonos siempre su sencillez y amables características. El nombre científico de esta bella sve es Columba livia.

Los ejemplares que hoy les muestro son una muestra de algunos individuos de esta ave , la cual siempre están en la parte superior del liceo donde laboro y que de vez en cuando muy seguido bajan de esas alturas y se posan en el espacio terrenal, haciendo muy posible su captación tanto en video como en fotografías. Vale la pena mencionar que este par de ejemplares del vídeo estaban caminandito muy tranquilitas por el patio central del liceo, tanto así que les grabe el video y ni se inmutaron con mi presencia, hay otras que salen volando solo al acercarseles.

Lapaloma que aparecen en las fotos, es otro ejemplarer que de vez en cuando está en el camino de ida hacia nuestros hogares, también, presumo que forma parte de la comunidad que está siempre en la azotea. Es curioso pero la mayoría de las veces que salimos en la tarde siempre hay por allí una bella paloma merodeando por allí.

Today, I'm bringing you one of the most distinctive characteristics of felines, which is present in all feline species around the world, including, of course, domestic cats. I'm referring to feline or cat grooming.

The other kitten we once had, my older sister, would even put shampoo on it, and it was always sick, with swollen eyes and diarrhea. When we decided to take it to the vet a few days later, it had disappeared; someone stole it, and we never heard from it again. Well, that's an example of the function of grooming in cats: keeping themselves clean and healthy, not for you.

Anyone who has had the good fortune of owning a kitten will see that grooming is natural for them, and when they don't do it, they're sick, or when they do it too much, it's also a sign of health problems.

Hoy les traigo una de las características más distintivas de los felinos, la cual está presente en todas las especies de felinos de todo el mundo, incluida claro los gatos domésticos, me refiero al acicalamiento gatuno o felino.

Nosotros aquí con Chumi hemos tenido 2 gatos, y obviamente hemos observado infinidad de gatos de otros lugares por aquí cerca y de cualquier lugar, donde este aspecto es generalizado, dicho por expertos en la materia. Este hábito, rutina o comportamiento consiste en lamerse todas las partes de su cuerpo, y donde no llega la lengua, usan sus patitas delanteras , como una extensión para aplicar la rutina, está práctica incluye pequeños mordiscos en diferentes zonas después piel y pareciera como si quisieran comerse el pedacito peludo donde se mordisquean, dice también la ciencia que es para mantenerse limpio y sano.

Particularmente les cuento que mi Chumi tiene aquí 6 años y alguito más y durante todo ese tiempo no la hemos bañado y siempre la vemos rosagante y limpiecita. El otro gatito que tuvimos una vez mi hermana mayor le echaba hasta champú y siempre estaba enfermo , con los ojitos hinchados y con diarrea , cuando decidimos llevarlo al veterinario a los pocos días había desaparecido, alguien lo robo, y más nunca supimos de el , bueno ese es un ejemplo de la función del acicalamiento en los gatos, mantenerse limpios y sanos por ellos mismos, y no por uno.

Todo aquel que ha tenido la dicha de tener un gatito, veran que el acicalamiento es natural en ellos y cuando no lo hacen están enfermos o cuando lo hacen mucho demasiado, también es señal de problemas de salud en ellos.

En este maravilloso día les traigo un pequeño pero muy divertido micro video, donde les muestro un día cualquiera en el trabajo de @cayitus, siempre movido y lleno de situaciones cómicas, a las cuales nos tiene acostumbrados este singular personaje.

Todo aconteció uno de estos días de la semana pasada, ya cumplida la faena laboral, los docentes y gran parte del personal del liceo nos disponíamos a retirarnos, pero nos freno en la puerta de las instalaciones una lluvia no muy fuerte pero si de aquellas que no mojan pero empapan, y bueno estaban algunas secretarias aglomeradas y apostadas en la puerta de la institución, claro con tanto ramillete de hermosas feminas reunidas, así todas bellas ellas, la mente sensualita de @cayitus voló y sucumbió ante tanta belleza femenina.

Las secretarias que estaban allí eran Lorena, Ninoska y Jacksilei, así aparecen en orden en el video, esperando que cesara un poco la llovizna para poder retirarse a sus hogares, en ese mágico ínterin de tiempo tan fugaz y repentino fue que ocurrió la chispeante imaginación del inquieto Cayitus Sensualitus, no sabemos que pensaría pero al ver el material audiovisual nos damos cuenta que la cara de gusto y regocijo que tenía este chico, nos da una pequeña idea de lo atravesaba su mente de gigolo americano , romántico y soñador jajj... Qué estaría pensando?

Seguro estoy que Cayitus desearía que un esposodio como ese se repitiera más de una vez, que haya más lluvia a la hora de salida del liceo para poder seguir admirando las bellezas de las féminas del liceo Paraparal. Good afternoon, beautiful #caturday community! It's a pleasure to be with you again with another post from my dear Chumi. This is the second time I've had the pleasure of posting in this community, and I sincerely hope you enjoy this post, made with much love for you.

This time, I'm sharing a post with a short video showing my lovely Chumi eating her kitten food, which she loves very much. She eats it like breakfast every day because after a while, she's already demanding her treats and other essentials. As we all know, felines are carnivores by nature, and I always have her meat or chicken treats, in addition to her specialized cat food.

I should tell you that my kitten is spayed, and we've noticed that since the operation, she has a better appetite and eats—not much, but more often. Although my sister and I give her her food at her scheduled time, we do notice that when we go to the kitchen or dining room, she's there waiting to see if we can give her food again.

I can also tell you that taking those photos was a bit difficult because she's like those movie stars who don't like being photographed. I have to catch her off guard or while she's eating. I recorded the video while she was relaxed because she was eating. If she noticed I was trying to capture her, she'd run away and run anywhere, unless I called her to eat. Haha, my Chumi, so cute.

Thank God for her. If we don't give her food, she doesn't try to steal it. We've taught her not to do that, unlike other kittens who steal and knock over pots to get to food.

Another good thing about our kitty is that she's been in good health. Thank God, she's never been sick in the six years she's been here at home.

En esta oportunidad les muestro un post acompañado de un pequeño video donde muestro a mi linda Chumi comiendo su alimento para gatitos, el cual le fascina mucho, todos los días come tipo desayuno, porque al rato ya está demandando ya sus presitas y otras cositas propias de su alimentación. Cómo todos sabemos los felinos son por naturaleza carnívoros y bueno yo siempre le tengo su presita de carne o pollito, a parte de su comida especialista de gatos.

Debe comentarles que mi gatita está esterilizada y hemos notado que luego que le hicimos esa operación, tiene más apetito y come, no bastante, pero si más seguido, aunque mi hermana y yo le damos su comidita a la hora que le toca si vemos que cuando vamos a la cocina y al comedor ella está allí esperando, a ver si le volvemos a dar comida.

También les puedo contar que para tomar esas fotos me costó un poquito, porque ella es así como esas estrellas de cine, que no les gusta que la fotografíen, tengo que agarrarla desprevenida o comiendo, el video lo grabe relajado porque estaba comiendo, porque si se da cuenta que intento captarla se va y se mete en cualquier lado, a menos que la llame a comer jajaja tan linda mi Chumi.

Gracias a Dios ella, sino le damos comida ella no intenta robarla, le hemos enseñado que eso no se debe hacer, a diferencia de otros gatitos que roban y tumban las ollas para poder obtener la comida.

Otra de las cosas buenas que ha tenido nuestra gatita es que ha gozado de buena salud, gracias a Dios, nunca se ha enfermado en estos 6 años que tiene ella aquí en casa.

Quiero decirles que este hermoso video está basado en las hermosas realidades del paisaje, tanto natural como artificial, que observo a diario camino a mi maravilloso lugar de trabajo, llenando mi espíritu de placer y alegría espiritual y emocional cada día.

En este material audiovisual, podemos ver diversas plantas de diferentes especies, algunas ornamentales y otras frutales, así como algunos ejemplares de pequeñas aves, que son una pequeña muestra de la gran variedad de especies que existen en mi magnífica Venezuela.

Quería compartir este video en esta comunidad para que todos puedan compartir la alegría y felicidad que siento al ir a mi trabajo. A pesar de las vicisitudes y los problemas, siempre es un gran placer sentirse bien consigo mismo, con el entorno social y, por supuesto, con la naturaleza, porque eso es parte del ser humano, en cualquier momento y en diferentes circunstancias. 4.- Capture shadows: Since I arrived at Hive, I learned about a community called #ShadowHunters, where you could capture and upload all kinds of shadows, as well as reflections of objects or any reality. For me, it has become a very fun hobby. I also earn some extra money. And of course, in that community, I've always had the sincere and helpful support of @melinda010100, to whom I send my warmest regards and a big hug.

5.- Protect, pamper, and love animals: They are beings that deserve all our affection and love; they are special beings placed there by God for our pleasure and enjoyment.

6.-Admire nature and feminine beauty: For me, women are the most beautiful and wonderful thing in creation, always admiring them, of course, with the greatest respect. I take this opportunity to send warm greetings to all the Ladies of Hive #Ladiesofhive, always empowered and magnificent, as well as beautiful and gorgeous.

Cuéntanos qué parte de tu vida disfrutas más ahora mismo?

1.-Siempre saludar y sonreir: Es una de mis mayores virtudes, me encanta el humor y la comedia, pienso que la risa hasta nos rejuvenece, y nos hace sentir bien en todo momento. Fuera la amargura y el resentimiento, bien lejos con esos sentimientos que atrasan y envilecen a las personas.

2.- Visitar la biblioteca del liceo: Cuando estoy en el liceo, siempre es un buen momento para acercarse, ojear y echar una pequeña lectura, y el lugar idòneo es la biblioteca. Alli encontramos paz, meditaciòn, reencuento con nosotros mismo, a la par que cultivamos y engrandecemos el conocimiento con un buen libro, revista o cualquier material disponible en este espacio de la cultura y las ideas.

3.- Admirar los hermosos paisajes: La naturaleza para mi es la mano de Dios puesta a la vista de nosotros. La naturaleza es ese entorno màgico donde somos nosotros mismos, sin filtros, sinceros y nos conecta directamente con el universo.

4.- Capturar sombras: Desde que llegue a Hive, me enterè que habia una comunidad llamada #ShadowHunters, donde podias capturar y subir todo tipo de sombras, ademàs de reflejos y reflexiones de objetos o de cualquer realidad, para mi se ha convertido en un pasatiempo muy divertido, a su vez gano algùn dinerillo extra, y claro en esa comunidad siempre he contado con el apoyo sincero y muy acertado de @melinda010100, a quièn mando desde aquì un efusivo saludo y un fuerte abrazo.

5.- Proteger consentir amar a los animalitos: Son seres que merecen todo nuestro cariño y amor, son seres especiales puestos por Dios para nuestro beneplàcito y dusfrute.

6.- Admirar la naturaleza y la belleza femenina: Para mì la mujer es lo màs bello y hermoso de la creaciòn, siempre admirandolas, por supuesto con el mayor de todos los respetos. Aprovecho desde aquì a mandarles un caluroso saludo a todas las Damas de Hive #Ladiesofhive, siempre empoderadas y magnìficas, ademàs de bellas y hermosas.

7.- Compartir con mus colegas de trabajo: Siempre es muy productivo conversar e intercambiar ideas, pareceres y pensamientos con los compañeros de trabajo, por ejemplo yo con mi compañera @cositav siempre entablo con ella temas del universo, las estrellas, la entropìa y los agujeros negros, y otros temas variados igual de interesantes.

8.- Amo mi trabajo a pesar de lo mal remunerado pero es una cuestion de etica y compromiso: Pues para nadie es un secreto que nuestra profesiòn docentem en cuanto a sueldos y salarios, esta por el piso, aùn asi, hay que seguir dando lo mejor, mientras podamos.
