Today’s 6-to-3 ruling by the Supreme Court on the landmark case determining whether Donald Trump was personally liable for January 6 behavior was finally decided: the Court found that Presidents --- ANY U.S. President -- are completely immune from prosecution after they have left office for any decisions they made in their capacity as President of the United States .
