On the "CBS Evening News with Norah O'Donnell", there's anger and anguish throughout Israel tonight with protestors taking to the streets for a nationwide strike over Prime Minister Netanyahu's failure to secure a cease-fire deal for the release of the remaining hostages. President Biden returned from vacation and immediately went to a meeting to discuss the hostage crisis and the best options going forward. And following a mass shooting aboard a Chicago transit train, at least four people are dead with the suspect already in custody.
