Igor Skutsenya, Senior Business Development Manager at Lanck Telecom will talk with Erik on AI technologies, real-time alerting and actions in fraud protection.
Today‘s topics covered:
- What are the biggest changes you’ve seen in telecom fraud over the last 5 years and what role has AI started to play in that evolution?
- Are there examples where AI-driven fraud detection has surprised you, maybe catching something a human analyst wouldn’t have?
- When it comes to monetization or ROI, how can fraud management actually become a revenue enabler rather than just a cost center?
- How is the telecom industry preparing for this new ‘AI-versus-AI’ kind of fraud battle?
- If you could redesign telecom fraud protection from scratch using today’s tools, where would you start?
- What’s one myth about telecom fraud or AI that you wish more people understood?

Connecting automotive software with the telecom industry is not only relevant but also increasingly strategic. The convergence of automotive and telecom is accelerating with the rise of connected vehicles, 5G, edge computing, and data monetization.
In this episode we were glad to have Uzain Jabbar, Specialist Software Engineer at T-Systems, who explained a bit about cybersecurity risks and how to mitigate them in real-time communication. He also shared how OEMs are rethinking vehicle platforms to support long-term software upgrades, and from his perspective as a young professional, what he fears most in such a dynamic era of digital transformation.
This conversation gave us valuable perspective. We believe Uzain was the first young guest on the CC Podcast, and it felt not only refreshing but also necessary, making us wonder: why don’t we do this more often?
The future is here and it’s happening now.
