Another week, another information episode of CC Smack Podcast. On this episode, the guys were accompanied by KAYR, Co-founder of KAYJAY Consulting (@KayJayConsulting). KAYJAY Consulting  is a real estate consulting firm that helps investors with leveraging their resources and relationships to acquire positive cash flowing real estate assets. 

During this episode, KAYR talked about his beginnings in being the first member of his family to go to college and his experience being in the Goldman Sachs analyst program. Working on Wall St instilled a mentality in KAYR which allowed him to see there were greater possibilities that he could achieve.

KAYR has served in many capacities in real estate including, agent, investor, and fund manager. KAYR later talks about how he was able to acquire 70 units during the 2020 pandemic. Being in position to take advantage of lows in the economy is something the best investors do. KAYR also explains how he used his 9-5 at the time to help him fund some of his early deals until he was able to use refinancing to roll capital into newer deals. "You don't have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great". Hear about his successes and more on this episode!

Another week, Another informative and energetic episode of Corporate Coke & Smack. This episode marks the return of Tobe. He has been on a 2 week hiatus enjoying time in South Africa but he is back to give his perspective on a variety of topics. In this week's episode, the show had the pleasure of welcoming on the Bitcoin Vegan, Justin Rhedrick. He is a Charlotte, NC native who is heavily invested into Bitcoin and you guessed it, a vegan lifestyle. Justin has been investing in Bitcoin for a little over 5 years so he is no rookie to the game. Another week, another informational and fun filled episode of CC Smack from Josh and Tobe. We started this week's show off by giving our flowers to the Baltimore Ravens. Another week, another action packed and knowledgeable episode of Corporate Coke & Smack. On this episode of CC Smack, the guys were accompanied by guest, Terrance Clark. Terrance has extensive knowledge in a few industries which has allowed him to be a successful entrepreneur.

We kicked the show off by hearing about Terrance's experience college basketball and how that instilled perseverance in him which he still leans on to get through adversity. Another week, another episode of Corporate Coke & Smack. This week's episode was unique being that Tobe is back in Nigeria but the show must go on. Josh had the pleasure of having on Royal Banks, the CEO of Assurance DNA. Assurance DNA is a mobile paternity testing service. He is also an officer in the US Army.

In this episode, Royal gave a recollection of his journey into entrepreneurship. Hint hint, It started from within his family. This business that he runs is somewhat similar to a mobile notary. Royal also spoke on the importance of paternity testing and some do's and don'ts for signing birth certificates. That is a segment you don't want to miss. We also discussed Royal's journey with investing in real estate, stocks, and crypto and how he balances of all of this with his day job.
