Episode 152 recapped the guys recent vacations, new ventures, HyreCar updates, and crib closings! Let's all celebrate our wins and keep pushing the wealth agenda forward. 

 

The portfolio is up 17% in just 2.5 months and we discussed our stock winners. Tesla is making its rounds in the news due to its "Battery day" and we also discuss how we feel about the automaker/tech company. Now we normally stay away from politics, but given the elections coming up we discuss voting and also the proposed 401k changes that one of the candidates has floated.

I couldn't quite wrap my head around a fitting title for episode 151. I could have referenced the 200 gram Cuban Link chain in the works Beez discussed, the app she created, or maybe the overseas contracts, or I could have simply titled this after her ubiquitous book "The Financial Starter Kit."

 

What i'm trying to get at here is that she is giving out the sauce on how she found financial freedom and is building wealth. You might want to tune in as you will gain so much knowledge/motivation from this episode with Beez aka @capital_sb

Prior to Chidi gracing the podcast, we discussed the impeding stock splits on Apple and Tesla. Everyone is affected by the pandemic and for some, the wealth gap is decreasing, while for others it increased. We always turn up when we have a guest appearance and this week was no different. Dawson Gant is a 21 year old Real Estate Magnate! We discuss his humble beginnings, as well as his humble living after finding success. His only vice are cars and he has quite a few of them. We discussed some of his hardships including having people steal from him, losing friends and dealing with the pandemic/tenant payment issues.
