In this study, Josh teaches through Mark 12:13–34, where Jesus answers the challenges of the religious leaders, revealing the wisdom of God and silencing His critics. Through questions about taxes, the resurrection, and the greatest commandment, Jesus reveals important truths about our relationship with God. We are reminded that we belong to Him, can trust in His power over death, and are called to love God with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength, and love our neighbors as ourselves. Through this passage, we are challenged to examine our lives and ask: Are we truly loving God and loving people?

In this study, Josh introduces us to Paul and Timothy through 1 Timothy 1:1–2, an unlikely pairing that God brought together for His purposes. We see how their relationship was built on a shared love for Jesus and a commitment to serving Him. Paul reminds Timothy that Jesus is our Savior, Lord, and Hope, and that our lives should reflect His authority and grace. We are challenged to consider whether Jesus is simply our Savior or truly the Lord of every area of our lives. So I ask you, is Jesus your Savior, your Master, and the hope you confidently trust in, and are you allowing Him to use your life for His purposes?

In this study, Josh teaches through Mark 11:27–12:12, where Jesus confronts the religious leaders who question His authority and exposes their rejection of God through the parable of the wicked vinedressers. We are reminded that Jesus’ authority comes from God, not human approval or credentials. Through this passage, we are challenged to examine our own hearts and ask how we respond when God exposes our sin. Will we humble ourselves, repent, and submit to Christ, or will we reject His truth?

In this study, Josh teaches through Mark 11:20–33, where Jesus uses the withered fig tree to teach His disciples about fruit, faith, and forgiveness. We are challenged to examine our own lives and ask whether we are producing the fruit of genuine repentance and a life transformed by God, or simply displaying the appearance of godliness. Jesus also teaches us the importance of trusting God in prayer and forgiving others as we have been forgiven. So I ask you, when Jesus examines your life, will He find genuine spiritual fruit, unwavering faith in Him, and a heart willing to forgive?

In this study, Josh teaches through Mark 11:1–19, where Jesus enters Jerusalem as the promised King. While the crowds rejoice and cry out “Hosanna,” Jesus weeps over Jerusalem because He knows the people will reject Him. We also see Jesus cleanse the temple, confronting the sin and corruption that had taken place in His Father’s house. Through this passage, we are challenged to see Jesus not only as the humble King who came to bring peace between God and sinners, but also as the holy King who confronts sin. So I ask you, will you truly receive Jesus as your King, or only the Jesus you want Him to be?

In this study, Josh teaches through Matthew 18:21–35, where Jesus teaches us how to forgive. Through the parable of the unforgiving servant, we are reminded of how much God has forgiven us and called to extend that same forgiveness to others. Unforgiveness can trap us in bitterness and rob us of peace and joy. So I ask you, will you trust God enough to forgive those who have wronged you and let go of bitterness?

In this study, Josh teaches through Luke 17:1–10 where he examines Jesus’ teaching on faith and forgiveness. While we often think of great faith as something dramatic, Jesus shows us that genuine faith is also seen in our willingness to forgive and restore relationships. Forgiveness requires us to trust God and obey Him, even when it goes against our natural desires. So I ask you, will you trust God enough to forgive, pursue restoration, and let go of bitterness?

In this study, Josh teaches through Mark 10:32–52, where he examines the contrast between selfish ambition and servant leadership. While the disciples were focused on position and greatness, Jesus teaches that true greatness is found in serving others and giving your life for them. Through the example of Jesus and blind Bartimaeus, we are challenged to have the mind of Christ marked by humility, sacrifice, faith, and service. So I ask you, will you lay aside selfish ambition and pursue the servant-hearted mindset of Christ?

In this study, Josh teaches through Matthew 18:15–20 where he examines Jesus’ instructions for dealing with conflict within the family of God. Conflict is an unavoidable part of relationships, and Josh shows that Scripture calls us to handle it with humility, love, truth, and grace. Ultimately, we are called to pursue unity, peace, and reconciliation. So I ask you will you have the courage and humility to handle conflict God’s way?

In this study, Josh teaches through Mark 10:17–31, examining the story of the rich young ruler and the cost of following Jesus. This passage challenges us to consider what we are willing to give up for eternal life and reminds us that salvation cannot be earned through good works, religion, or possessions. Jesus exposes the rich young ruler’s heart and shows that nothing should come before Him. We are also reminded that following Christ may come with sacrifice and persecution, but the eternal rewards far outweigh anything we could gain in this life. The question we must each consider is: Will we hold on to what is temporary, or will we invest our lives in what is eternal?
