In this message, Josh starts the book of Judges in chapters 1:1–26. Josh touches on the subject of how we, as Christians, don’t allow ourselves to receive full victory in certain aspects of our lives. There may be issues that have affected us, and although we may have points in our lives where we feel a “high” in our walks, those issues can cause us to fall, and we can feel as if we are in a constant cycle in our lives. When we do not fully remove ourselves or those things from our lives, they will continue to be a problem. The enemy uses moments like these to infiltrate our minds and discourage us from God's promises. 

What is it that we have not yet allowed ourselves to fully remove from our lives? What cycle has not been broken and has kept us from receiving the full blessings and victory in Jesus Christ?

In this teaching, Josh goes through Haggai 1: 1-2 but starts in Ezra 1: 1-6 to give background on what lead to the events in the book of Haggai. The start of Haggai begins with Haggai being task by the Lord with telling the news of rebuilding the house of the Lord. The people then say it is not time yet to build the house of the Lord and it shows how they fail the Lord in procrastinating. So to that I ask you what are you procrastinating and have stop doing that the Lord wants you to do?

In this teaching, Josh goes through 2 Samuel 6:1-23 and talks about how David was excited to bring the ark of the covenant to the city. However, David's mistake was that he left God out of his plan. How often are we like David and leave God out of our plans and ignore Him and only seek what He can do?

In this message, Josh goes through 2 Samuel 5:1-25 and goes over the concept of letting God do the work. We often times get in the way of what He is trying to do and end up making things worse. God will never force His way into our lives, so how long will you let pain and frustration rule your life?

In this message, Josh goes through 2 Samuel 9-10 and discusses how kindness goes a long way. David demonstrates this kindness by having Mephibosheth, who is a cripple, have a place at his table. Do we show kindness to people when the rest of the world would not? How will you respond when God shows you kindness?

In this teaching, Josh goes through 2 Samuel 8:1-18 and talks about how sometimes as Christians we have to be on the attack and press on. Scripture says that we are "more than conquerors" (Romans 8:37), but do we live in such a way? As Christians, are we holding on to God's promise of victory in every battle we face?

In this teaching, Josh goes through 2 Samuel 6:1-23 and highlights how David wanted to have the presence of God in his life. But how he went about doing it may have had good intentions, but God was left out of it. Do we do things without first making sure it is of the Lord and His way? Are we planning things with a proper motive but without the right method?

In this teaching, Josh goes through 2 Samuel 2-4 and highlights how despite the odds being against David, he still believed that God would deliver him. When a situation arises, is our first response to pray or to find our own way out? When the Lord promises something, He is faithful to deliver, but how faithful are to believe in Him?

In this teaching, Josh goes through 1 Samuel 31-2 Samuel 1 and talks about the events leading up and the cause of Saul committing suicide. Saul was lacking hope and only saw one way out of his situation. Suicide is never the answer. Jesus gives us hope to live a life that is full of His joy. When it comes to our circumstances, despite how bad or good life is, is our trust in God firm? Do we not only know, but believe that He will supply all that we need?
