In this study, Josh continues in the book go John 1:6-13 where the focus is on Jesus being the light and how John went from being a witness to being a believer. Josh speaks on the tragedy of Jesus death and how great of a story it is but as well one to be bothered about. So I ask you does Jesus's death really break your heart and do you consider it a tragedy why or why not?

In this study, Josh starts the book of John 1: 1-5 where it builds the foundation of Jesus being God and that Jesus is the Word of God. Josh goes over as well the different purposes of the Gospels explaining that Johns Gospel is to focus on Jesus's deity as the son of God. In this study Josh encourages us to not just trust others or his word but to actually read the Word and come to your own understanding. So I ask you do you go straight to Jesus to learn about God or do you only trust in other's words.

In this study, Josh continues in the book of Judes 12: 1-15 where the men of Ephraim were made that they had not been called upon to fight the people of Ammon showing how they could not be happy for others victories. Josh then goes into how we should be not like the men of Ephraim and show care and excitement when people decide to share with us not just brushing it off. Josh then speaks on how the men of Ephraim were like back seat drivers getting upset even though they were not the ones fighting which he relates to us as people can point things out and have nothing to say to help fix or better it. It is to make a point that we need to get in the fight and help others but also come to understand how to do so. So I ask you do you have excitement when someone shares something with you and are you getting in the fight to understand and better one another.

In this study, Josh continues in the book of 1 Corinthians 2:10-16 where Paul is now focusing on the Holy Spirit and that it is through His Spirit that we may come to understand the gospel and know God's wisdom. Josh goes into two kinds of people in this study a "natural person" and a "spiritual person" then explaining their differences and how one cannot understand spiritual things while the other can and will show more love. I would like to ask you to come back after listening and ask yourself are you a natural or spiritual person?

In this study, Josh continues in the book of Judges 11:29-40 where Jephthah is now having to fight a war against the people of Ammon and the spirit of the Lord came upon him. Jephthah had made a vow to God that if he were to give him the victory then he'd give the first thing that greeted him at his door as an offering to the Lord. The message focus heavily on that even though we can be filled with the spirit we can still sin and be foolish and Jephthah made this foolish vow causing him to give up his daughter. The study as well focuses on the idea of sacrificing a human and whether Jephthah did kill her or sent her to live at the temple. I ask you this are you listening to the Lord as the Holy Spirit fills you or are you ignoring the Lord?

In this study, Josh continues in the book of 1 Corinthians 2:1-9 where Paul sees how the christians in Corinth would struggle to stand against the challenges they'd face sharing the gospel and living for Jesus while understanding that the people of Corinth are far too clever and sinful for them. This is then leads to the focus of the study that our faith must stand in the power of God. Josh as well looks at what it means to receive salvation acknowledging you're a sinner and knowing who Jesus is as well breaking down 3 parts of sin. So I ask can you confidently say that you know you're saved and is your confidence in the cross of Christ?

In this study, Josh continues in the book of Judges 11:1-28 where it now focuses on the major judge Jephthah who was born from a prostitute and was bullied by his brothers. This message focused heavily on parents and how they aren't all great but you have to understand that they as well are humans and still figuring out life. The focus as well was that Jephthah was a man who knew lots of God's word and used it in different situations which leads to him trying to negotiate with the enemy over land and see's the way that God has given it to the people of Israel. So I ask do you know God's word so much that you can use it in different situations?

In this study, Josh continues in the book of 1 Corinthians 1:18-31 where Paul is still dealing with division in the church but more focused on the worldly power and human wisdom. Josh speaks on the cross and the meaning of it while pointing out peoples misrepresentation of it getting across the seriousness of the cross. He as well focuses on that you need to humble yourself as to understand God's word which is meaning that you can't come to the Lord with your world knowledge. So I ask you do you seek the wisdom of man or do you look to the word of God and His wisdom.

In this study, Josh continues in the book of Judges 10:1-18 where three judges are introduced Tola, Jair, and Jepthah two being minor Judes and one major judge. The focus of the study is fully surrendering to God not by emotions but through will. It's seen in this chapter that God's people have committed evil and consistently done so always going back to foreign gods. God still gives them a chance to repent and truly turn away from their sin and it starts to be seen towards the later verses. So I ask you are you grateful God has saved you? Why do you keep going back to the same sins? Lastly how does your sin affect God?

In this study, Josh continues in the book of 1 Corinthians 1:10-17 where Paul is now focused on solving the problem of division in the church. Josh goes on to explain why division ruins the church and isn't from God as God loves unity and hates division. Paul constantly calls the people of the church brethren as to show the connection they have in the Lord is family which is why they need to focus on unity. So I ask you is the unity in your ministry attacking the lost world causing them to believe in Jesus or repelling them.
