Wether you get directions from a person or even Siri, to get the correct directions we must first put in our desired destination. In this study, we take a look how our desired destinations & goals can give us 20/20 clarity on how to navigate today.

Mountains cannot exist without valleys, and if you’re in the flock of the Good Shepherd we’re heading to the top! So, just as we are guaranteed to make it our great glory, we must also be prepared for the valley. But, no need to fear He is near and we’ve just got to focus our eyes through the lens of faith, to see Him clearly in the foreground, and allow the valley to fade to the blurry background.

In life, you may find yourself in a panic when faced with impossible situations that only seem to get worse by the second. But, when the Good Shepherd is your shepherd, help is near and it’s only a matter of time until you are restored to so much more. For it is no longer a countdown to death, but a countdown to our deliverance.

A good shepherd doesn’t only care for the sheep while they are awake, but while they are sleeping He is working to prepare good & essential things to bless his sheep. The same is with our Good Shepherd, not only is He good to care for us, He also goes before us to prepare good & needful things for His sheep, us!

In this foundational study, we realize the best place to be is not where you are, but who you are with. For it is better to be in the valley with your Good Shepherd, than a mountain top without Him.
