Paul's ministry to Ephesus is almost ended when a riot breaks out in response to the Christians getting rid of their idols and taking their faith seriously. Making the right decisions doesn't always mean there aren't consequences. The key is to understand that the right thing to do isn't determined by the majority vote. The majority opinion falls for idolatry every time. It takes a purposeful individual to understand who Jesus is and why they love Him.

1. There is nothing to be gained by trying to minister to a mob.

2. The best way to spot a counterfeit Jesus is to know the real deal.

3. Apart from the daily filling of the Holy Spirit, Christian love is impossible.

When it comes to living the Christian life, love is to be the ultimate virtue! In light of all the father has done for us, we should live different lives, in the body of Christ, and with those outside the church. This section of scripture challenges us to abide in the love of Christ, which is seen in our attitude towards others.

The Resurrection of Jesus Christ is a historical event. It is not only attested to by multiple eyewitnesses during the event and proven to be reliable by how it impacted their lives going forward, but we can be witnesses of it as well by demonstrating the same thing.
