Warden Brian Cates and Lt. Eric Barthelmes join us on TehachaPod to talk about some rehabilitative programs for inmates they brought to CCI (California Correctional Institution) in Tehachapi that have not been done elsewhere in the prison system. They also talk to us about way the inmates are able to use their own money to buy things from local businesses and donate to local Tehachapi charities.
