The life of faith is not a self improvement programme, it's a God discovery programme. Faith is about your connection to God. Faith is how you get to know God. Genuine faith is about genuine connection to God.

Paul explores God's gift of rest.

Our relationship with God becomes dysfunctional and strange if we believe the lie that God needs us to perform for him otherwise He becomes moody, distant, and scary.

There is nothing more precious than peace of mind. There is an invitation from Jesus to find rest for our souls, our minds and emotions. Keeping company with Jesus is how we learn to live freely and at rest.

How to inherit promises, persevere, be resilient, thrive and not just survive.

The Wholehearted have practices, habits and priorities in common. Common behaviour they engaged in, and common outlooks and mindsets they move away from.

How to be free to look at your personality, seeing your quirks, imperfections, frailties, and and say "I like that person. I want to be that person".

How God turns our weakness into strength.

Through intimacy/connection we become convinced of the Fathers heart. Father provides identity and value, protection and provision.
