Creating a Life Wheel allows you to evaluate what’s most important to you and measure it against how you are spending your time. In this episode we share how to create your wheel and give you tools to keep it in balance. This is an easy exercise that we do with many of our coaching clients to help them reassess goals and priorities as well as focus on what’s really important in their lives. Our road to early retirement in our mid-50’s, much like this podcast, is like the Road to Hana! Ever try to meditate? That sh*t's hard! This episode is a laugh-out-loud look into Doc's first meditation experience. DO try this at home!

We have begun a practice of trying to meditate for 10 minutes at least once a day. This type of meditation is the kind where you sit alone with yourself and try to quiet your thoughts without a helper tool like guided imagery (music is ok), and you try to stay present in the moment and connect with... "Wait. What am I supposed to connect with?" "Why do these songs all sound the same?" "Was that the UPS guy that just drove up the driveway?" Once"monkey mind" takes over, your toast!

Have you ever done something that at the time doesn't seem so crazy but in hindsight you think, "Well that was STUPID!" It's hard to believe CCnDoc have been together for almost 20 years!  In fact, our anniversary is just days away.
